I have been a customer of Avenue West for over five years, the staff has always been extremely accommodating and go out of their way to meet my needs. The units are always very clean and furnished with upscale decorations and linens and appliances. I have rented several units and never been disappointed with any units, if there is any maintenance problems they are addressed and handled immediately and professionally. This place was amazing! You cannot get a better location to Old Town and the downtown. Just a walk out the alley and you have lots of food, drink and shopping. There is a great walking/cycling path along the Poudre River that I loved! Super cool place and loved the open and cozy space. Couldn’t get any better!

Wow! This place is perfect. I stayed here for 30 days and loved everyday. The property itself is amazing and gorgeous. Very clean and modern. The pictures don't do this property justice. I'd love to stay here in Summer so I can enjoy the patio. The location is in the heart of Fort Collins. Two awesome pizza places literally a 20 second walk away. As well as night life if you're looking to get out and have some fun. Finally, the owners were amazing. They were very accommodating and helped me when I locked myself out (my fault). I will only rent from these folks moving forward. Fantastic experience. Do yourself a favor, stay here. You will not be disappointed.
